Friendly and welcoming staff and host. Quiet setting so close to a fish and chips shop, a Macdonalds and a KFC takeaway, city centre and Peppa Pig world.

Everything was fantastic during my stay, and it was a nice touch to have an ironing set along with well-decorated rooms and the convenience of tea and coffee making facilities and a television.

It's lovely place with quiet and great location just next door to a garden at the rear of the property, a fish and Southampton. The staff is very very helpful and welcoming, the room is bright. Has lovely bed, slept well.

I had a perfectly pleasant time in Southampton and will definitely visit the place next time. The microwave oven, electric kettle, and fridge worked well for me. The staff was amicable and welcoming, no complaint.
